St. Monica's Chaplet
A combination of antiqued filgree beads and Czech window beads. This chaplet is named for St. Monica, who prayed tirelessly for her son, Augustine, who had strayed from the teachings of the Church. Her son is known today as Saint Augustine. St. Monica's hope for her son is a great lesson to us all: our prayers will not go unanwered.
Beads: 8mm filgree and blue-greenCzech glass beads.
Crucifix and Center: The crucifix is an antique piece recast in solid bronze. The center is antiqued base metal with a floral scroll design that reminds us of Lily of the Valley.
